This notice explains how APEX collects, uses, and shares “consumer health data,” as defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act, Nevada’s consumer health data law, and similar state laws. It supplements our Privacy Policy. Words not defined here have the meaning given in the Privacy Policy.
Who handles your request. When a school, team, gym, clinic, or other organization’s staff enter data about you, we process it on that organization’s behalf. Requests about that data go to the organization, and we’ll help it respond. For data you log yourself, APEX handles your request.

5. Your consent
We collect consumer health data only with your consent, or as needed for a feature you’ve asked for. We share it only with a separate consent, or as needed for that feature.
When we ask for your consent, we ask for it on its own, apart from any other agreement.
You can withdraw either consent at any time. To do so, turn off sharing with a team in Profile, unlink a wearable, delete entries, or delete your account. Withdrawing consent doesn’t affect data shared before you withdrew it.
